Terms of Service
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of catalyxsystems.com (the “Site”) and the AI & Operations Audit (the “Audit”) offered by Catalyx Systems LLC (“Catalyx Systems,” “we,” “us”). By using the Site or requesting an Audit, you agree to these Terms.
1. The Audit
The Audit is an advisory service. It consists of a discovery call, a short written follow-up, and a findings call, and results in a written audit and phased roadmap delivered to you.
- Free offer. When offered at no charge, free Audits are limited in number each month and accepted at our discretion. We may decline a request if your business isn’t a good fit.
- No obligation. You are not required to purchase implementation or any other service.
- Analysis only. We do not build, configure, access, or change any of your systems during the Audit.
- Timing. We aim to hold the findings call within 5 business days of the discovery call. Timing depends on you answering the written follow-up promptly.
2. Our promise
Every recommendation in your roadmap will come with a clear reason and priority. We will not recommend AI where a simpler process or tool would do the job, and if our review finds that you don’t need a change, we will tell you so rather than invent one.
3. Risk and security review
The risk review in the Audit is a practical assessment of access, data, dependencies, and operational controls related to our recommendations. It is not a technical cybersecurity assessment, penetration test, or compliance certification, and it does not guarantee the security of your business. Where deeper validation is needed, we will recommend you consult a qualified security specialist.
4. No guarantee of results
Our recommendations are based on the information you provide and our professional judgment. Business outcomes depend on many factors outside our control, including how and whether recommendations are implemented. We do not promise any specific savings, revenue, or other results.
5. Your responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate information, to share only information you have the right to share, and to attend scheduled calls or give reasonable notice if you need to reschedule.
6. Confidentiality
We treat the non-public information you share about your business as confidential. We use it only to deliver our services and do not disclose it except to specialists working on your project under confidentiality obligations, or as required by law. See our Privacy Policy for details.
7. Ownership
You may use the written audit and roadmap we deliver for your own business purposes, whether or not you work with us further. We retain ownership of our methods, templates, frameworks, and general know-how, and may reuse them, without identifying you or your confidential information.
8. Site content
The content on this Site, including text, graphics, and the Catalyx Systems name and logo, belongs to Catalyx Systems LLC and may not be copied or reused without permission. Examples on the Site, including the sample audit, are illustrative and fictional.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Catalyx Systems will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or data, arising from your use of the Site or the Audit. Our total liability for any claim related to a free Audit will not exceed $100. The Site and Audit are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, except as stated in these Terms.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Florida.
11. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date above shows when they last changed. Continued use of the Site after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
