Catalyx Systems LLC (“Catalyx Systems,” “CXS,” “we,” “us”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect through catalyxsystems.com (the “Site”) and during our services, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Information we collect
Information you give us. When you request an audit or email us, we collect your name, email address, business name, and anything you choose to tell us about your business and the work you’d like help with.
Information shared during an audit. If you take part in an audit, you may share details about how your business operates: workflows, tools, team roles, and similar operational information. We use it only to deliver the audit and any services you engage us for.
Technical information. Like most websites, our hosting provider automatically records basic technical data such as IP address, browser type, and pages requested, for security and performance. The Site loads fonts from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address when fonts are requested. We do not use advertising cookies or sell tracking data.
How we use your information

How we share information
We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share it only with:
- Service providers that help us run the business, such as website hosting (Vercel), our customer database (Airtable), and email. They may use your information only to provide services to us.
- Specialists working on your project, only if you engage us for implementation, and only the information they need to do the work. They are bound by confidentiality obligations.
- Authorities, when required by law or to protect our rights or the safety of others.
How long we keep it
We keep request information for as long as needed to respond and maintain our business records, generally no longer than 3 years after our last contact with you, unless a longer period is required by law. Audit materials are kept for the duration of our relationship and then deleted or archived on request.
How we protect it
We use reputable providers, access controls, and encrypted connections (HTTPS) to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to stop contacting you, by emailing daniel@catalyxsystems.com. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under applicable law, and we will honor them.
Children
The Site and our services are intended for businesses and are not directed to anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date above shows when it last changed. Material changes will be posted on this page.
