All paid engagements are governed by a separate written Service Agreement signed by both parties. These Terms of Service apply to your use of this website and initial inquiry process. The Service Agreement governs all delivery, payment, and project terms.

Any business information you share with us during an audit or engagement is treated as confidential. We do not share your operational data, systems, or business information with third parties. Specific confidentiality terms for paid engagements are governed by the Service Agreement.
